Communication Delays

Dear clients,

We are back from our New Year Holiday and throughout our break we have amassed A LOT of emails and A LOT of orders. Please be patient as we sift through these emails and orders. We will be getting back to everyone within the next 3-4 days so please be patient while we sort through everything. We respond to everyone according to the order/email queue in a chronological manner so don’t worry you will hear from us soon!

We apologize for any delays, and would like you to note this only happens once a year after our New Year holiday since we are on break for an extended period of time.

    Hello! I am wanting to order from you guys. However, I have been read on blogs from the past month that the Chinese government are inspecting your packages and are keeping them on hold and destroying the packages due to them being fake. I am seconds away from ordering from you guys due to the quality your bags are from other bloggers. I just don’t want to spend so much money on something that might possibly be held by the government.

      Hi Chelsea, we have only had that problem with one client that has left a public review before she event contacted us. We are resending her parcel, so the issue is not serious. 1/1000 packages sent are caught by customs so the rate is very low. We have thousands of orders a month, so if all of our clients were to not receive their parcels we would not be able to run our business at all. Feel free to ask any other questions 🙂

      Hi Cherelle, you should receive it right after you place your order. Check your spam/junk box as well. If you did not get anything simply email [email protected] and they will send you your invoice! 🙂

      Hi dear we don’t do in store in China because it is a big security risk. I understand your concerns about online shopping especially since we are very restricted with what payment methods we can accept, but encourage you to contact our customer service about any of your apprehensions. 🙂

    What happens if my order is stopped by customs on the way to the US? Am I reimbursed?

      Hi Rich the customs rate of being seized is about 1/1000. If you are an unlucky one it happens to we help you out by either a) reshipping or b) very large discount to replace the order, depending on the circumstances. As I said earlier the seizure rate is low so you should not be worried about it since we have A LOT of clients in the US!
